Led by coaches with college basketball experience, our program combines basketball skill development and athletic development in a positive, challenging environment. Through a constraints-led approach—using games and activities that encourage players to make decisions—we help young athletes build their skills, have fun and develop a better understanding of the game.
Our Saturday youth basketball program in Leduc helps young players build confidence, strengthen their fundamentals, and learn through small-sided games. Each session gives players opportunities to move, compete, and improve in an encouraging environment.
Registration is open. Spots are limited so coaches can give every player real attention.

Ray and Koen grew up playing basketball and both went on to compete at the college level. Along the way, they discovered that their passion extended beyond playing—they loved helping young athletes develop and learn the game.
Their coaching experiences showed them how much a coach can influence a player’s confidence and enjoyment of basketball. They wanted to create a program where players feel respected and supported while being challenged to step outside their comfort zones.
That belief became the foundation of Jr Hoopers: a place where encouragement and high expectations work together, and young athletes can build their skills, learn from mistakes, and grow their love for the game.

No. We coach first-timers and experienced players, and we adjust drills so everyone is challenged.
